We are asking heavy industry to let us read its most sensitive operational data. These are not preferences. They are how the system is built.

Your plant is a sealed tenant Your data sits in its own isolated store. It is never queried, retrieved or visible for any other company. Not by design choice — by architecture.
Never used to train models Your process parameters, assays, logs and engineers’ notes are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s. They exist to answer your questions and nothing else.

18 Steps

Between the moment something goes wrong in a plant and the moment somebody fixes it, the information changes hands eighteen times.

An instrument records a drift. A shift engineer notices it. It goes into a log, into a handover, into a morning meeting. Someone raises it with maintenance. Maintenance raises a notification. Planning schedules it. Procurement checks the spare. It comes back for approval. Somewhere in there, the lab result that explains the whole thing is sitting in a different inbox.
